How Does MindShare Work?

Member selection is crucial to the success of your MindShare group because each individual’s dedication and quality of participation will set the foundation for the group’s success. That's why all potential MindShare members take a self-assessment to determine their benefit to the program and their level of commitment to a group. Members are then matched with a group of five to seven others based on several criteria, including:

• Values and goals; willingness to give and share
• Similar level of business experience
• Balance between commonality and uniqueness; aligned for a common purpose
• Company size
• Industry (Non-competing businesses)
• Purpose (MindShare groups can serve many purposes, ranging from being a support group to lead-sharing or a variety of different elements.)
